Stainless steel cooking knife

Medium sized stainless steel culinary knife. This knife boasts a 12c27 stainless steel blade with a hardness of 59.5 Rockwell. This hardness 

ensures a great balance of toughness, edge retention and longevity.

The G10 handle was chosen as it's extremely tough, long lasting and waterproof. 

The handle is secured with stainless steel Corby bolts. These bolts look like pins but have the added bonus of mechanical fastening which ensures the best possible fitment available.
