Celery Patch Knives is a South Australian based business offering custom knives, specialising in culinary chefs' knives. All knives are handmade using traditional methods accompanied with the latest technologies to ensure the highest quality.

Heading our team is Ashley Edwards. He has spent his entire life on the Fleurieu Peninsula, South Australia. His passions include woodworking, metal working and organic gardening. His early days on the family market garden, specialising in celery production, saw him being inventive in ways to best harvest and prepare produce. This led to the development of various machinery, tooling and knives and sowed the seed for working with metal and wood.

In the off-season Ash worked in commercial kitchens as a cook. This work, as well as supplying hundreds of restaurants around the country with organic produce and his discussions with chefs, led to the understanding of a need for quality culinary equipment.
